About Us

CADS Edmonton is committed to building an inclusive community of athletes, instructors, and supporters through adaptive snow sports

We teach individuals with physical, sensory, and cognitive disabilities how to ski and snowboard using specialized techniques and equipment. Our skilled volunteer instructors are trained in adaptive methods developed by the CADS National organization.

Programs include instruction for visually impaired skiers, sit-skiing, and 3- or 4-track skiing styles.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to give anyone with a physical, sensory, or cognitive disability the opportunity to enjoy the sport of alpine skiing and snowboarding anywhere and anytime.
CADS Edmonton Bylaws
We offer weekly ski and snowboard lessons from January to March at Rabbit Hill Snow Resort—Monday evenings (7–9pm) and Saturday mornings (9:30–11:30am).
Our amazing volunteer instructors and adaptive equipment make it easy for people of all abilities to get out on the slopes.
